When you place an order with AndieBloom Co., you are submitting a request to purchase the products in your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order at our discretion.
Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been received and your order has been confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted or entered into production, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
If we are unable to accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address, phone number, or other contact information provided with your order.
Purchases are subject to our Return Policy.
You represent that purchases made through our website are for personal or household use and are not intended for unauthorized resale or commercial redistribution.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer shipping and local delivery options as described on our website and at checkout.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is available within our designated delivery area as stated on our website.
Orders placed by Thursday at 10 AM are scheduled for delivery that Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. Orders placed after the Thursday 10 AM cutoff will be scheduled for delivery the following Friday.
A local delivery fee may apply based on the order total, as displayed at checkout. Orders of $25 or more qualify for complimentary local delivery.
Customers who need an order sooner may contact AndieBloom Co. by email to inquire about rush delivery. Rush delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and any necessary delivery instructions. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, inability to access the delivery location, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SECTION 6 - PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Our candles and home fragrance products are intended for their stated purpose and should always be used according to the safety instructions provided with the product and on the product label.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles and other fragrance products away from children, pets, flammable materials, and areas where they may be knocked over.
Customers are responsible for using our products safely and appropriately. AndieBloom Co. is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper use, failure to follow product safety instructions, or use contrary to the intended purpose of the product.
